§ 130.02 UNLAWFUL TO CONSUME OR POSSESS OPEN CONTAINERS ON PUBLIC PLACE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic beverage on any public place adjacent to any street or alley in the City of Heath, Texas.
