§ 112.38 PUSHING OR TOWING VEHICLES EXCEPTED FROM PROHIBITIONS OF CHAPTER IN CERTAIN INSTANCES.
   Vehicles may be pushed or towed by another vehicle (except by a wrecker for compensation) only when they do not reasonably require removal by a wrecker and only when such may be done in a safe manner so as not to endanger people or property. The removal is exempted from the provisions of this chapter except § 112.35 above.
