§ 112.34 NO WRECKER AT SCENE UNLESS CALLED BY OWNER, REPRESENTATIVE OF OWNER OR POLICE.
   No wrecker shall arrive at the scene of an accident within the city unless the wrecker has been called to the scene by the owner of the vehicle or his or her authorized representative or by a police officer. Each wrecker operator, when called by the owner of a vehicle or his or her authorized representative, shall notify the police dispatcher before proceeding to the scene where the vehicle is located.
