§ 112.11 PERMIT; SUSPENSION.

Any permit issued under the provisions of this chapter shall automatically be suspended when the insurance required by § 112.05 above has been changed so as to no longer comply with the requirements of § 112.05 above or has been canceled. The permits shall be reinstated only upon the filing of a new policy meeting the requirements of § 112.05 above.
