The Director shall:
(A) Adopt and enforce written reasonable rules and regulations for wreckers where necessary to implement this chapter;
(B) Administer and enforce all provisions of this chapter;
(C) Keep records of all applications for which permits have been issued, suspended or revoked;
(D) Conduct, where appropriate, inspections of permittees, their premises and equipment; and
(E) Suspend, revoke, deny and reissue permits where required.
