(A) The fee for any application pursuant to this chapter shall be the sum of $25 per annum for each wrecker to be operated by the applicant to be paid upon the filing of the application.
(B) All permits issued shall expire on December 21 of the year in which they were issued, the permit shall not be transferable and no permit shall be used on any wrecker vehicle other than the one for which it was issued.
