§ 93.34 KEEPING OF NUMEROUS DOGS AND CATS.
   (A)   The keeping of an unlimited number of dogs and cats in the city for longer than 15 days detracts from and is detrimental to the health and life style of the city, therefore, the keeping of an unlimited number of dogs and cats is declared to be a public nuisance.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to keep more than three dogs or three cats in a subdivision, development or on less than three acres within the city limits, with the exception that a litter of pups or kittens may be kept for a period of time not to exceed six months from birth, given that proof of printed advertisement to correctly place the litter can be produced upon request of Animal Control Officer.
