§ 93.32 ANIMAL NOISE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful and considered a public nuisance to keep any animal which, by causing frequent or long continued barking or noise, shall disturb any person of ordinary sensibilities in the vicinity.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person owning or keeping a dog to suffer, allow or permit such animal to make excessively disturbing noises, including but not limited to, continued and repeated howling, barking, whining or other utterances causing unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or discomfort to neighbors or others in close proximity to where the animal is kept or harbored.
