§ 93.26 VICIOUS ANIMALS.
   (A)   A vicious animal shall not be allowed in the city limits.
   (B)   Any vicious animal found in the city shall be removed immediately by order of the Animal Control Officer or police officer.
   (C)   If the owner or person having control of a vicious animal fails to remove the animal, the Animal Control Officer may have the animal impounded and/or destroyed.
