§ 91.26 FAILURE TO COMPLY.
   Any property owner who, after the expiration of 30-days’ written notice, fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter, shall be subject to enforcement which will consist of the city bringing the property into compliance and applying applicable charges to the resident or property owner.
