§ 91.24 NOTIFICATION IN WRITTEN FORM.
   (A)   Notification in written form must be presented to the property owner and/or tenant when final assignment of address occurs.
   (B)   Notification also should be made to the U.S. Postal Service.
   (C)   Once notified, the address becomes effective in 12 months.
