§ 91.23 PLAT BOOK FOR PUBLIC USE.
   (A)   A plat book containing public roads with proper numbering assigned shall be kept on file for public use.
   (B)   Property undergoing subdivision, development or building permits issued in areas without street addresses must comply with these addressing standards.
