(A) Property owners and inhabitants are required to post property numbers at the site of any structure located within the city.
(B) Numbers may be posted at curbside and/or on the structure itself.
(C) Numbers must be visible from the street and not be obscured.
(D) Residential numbers shall be no less than three inches in height.
(E) A grace period of 12 months, from the time of address notification, shall be allotted for incorporating all newly assigned numbers.
(F) Existing structures must have address numbers posted within 12 months of June 18, 1992.
