§ 91.06 DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY.

The owner or developer of any subdivision or addition within the city shall be required to dedicate right-of-way necessary to meet the thoroughfare requirements of the city; but in no case shall the right-of-way dedication be less than 50 feet in width.
