§ 91.04 REMOVAL OF BARRICADES.
   (A)   When the period of danger or the existence of such condition as described herein has passed, such barricade or other obstruction closing any such street, road or alley shall be immediately removed.
   (B)   Should any such temporary barricade or obstruction not be removed by the person placing it in such street, road or alley, the City Council shall immediately order city employees to do so in order to clear the street, road or alley of the barricade or obstruction.
