§ 91.03 HEARING TO DETERMINE TEMPORARY CLOSING.
   (A)   Where it is brought to the attention of the City Council by any person that such condition or danger exists as is described in § 17, the City Council shall forthwith conduct a hearing to determine if any such street, road or alley should be temporarily closed during the period of the danger or condition.
   (B)   In the event the Council finds it necessary to secure the public safety, it may order the temporary closing of the street, road or alley by the placement of barricades or otherwise to the entrances of any such street, road or alley. The temporary closing shall in no event exceed the period that the danger or condition exists, and such period shall be stipulated by the Council in its order.
