§ 90.33 GENERAL FACILITY USER FEE.

   (A)   A user fee may be charged to and paid by all program participants to be determined by the Park Board.

   (B)   Program participant shall be defined as any person registering for city parks and recreation sponsored classes, camps and athletic teams that use facilities owned, leased or otherwise controlled by the Park Board of the city.
