It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, or other entity to violate any provision of this chapter, and any person violating or failing to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be fined, upon conviction not less than $1 nor more than $500, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
