The hours of operation for any public park shall be recommended by the Park Board and established by the City Council.
(A) Towne Center Park shall be open to the public every day from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with the exception of the trail system through the Highlands of Heath, which shall not be closed to the public at any time.
(B) Terry Park shall be open to the public every day from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Boats may only launch from the Terry Park boat ramp after 6:00 a.m. and before 10:00 p.m.
