§ 90.16 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Officials. The Director of Public Safety and any member of the Department of Public Safety shall in conjunction with their duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   Ejectment. The Director of Public Safety and any member of the Department of Public Safety shall have the authority to eject from any park any person in violation of this chapter.
   (C)   Seizure. The Director of Public Safety or any member of the Department of Public Safety shall, when authorized by law, have the authority to seize any property in violation of this chapter.
