SCHEDULE I. UNLAWFUL STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a vehicle except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with law or the direction of a police officer or traffic control officer or traffic control device on that portion of Hubbard Drive from a point 1,500 feet south of its intersection with Crisp Drive, south to its intersection with Scenic Drive, the streets being public streets within the corporate limits of the City of Heath, Texas.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the law or the direction of a police officer, or traffic control officer, or traffic control device, on that portion of Terry Lane from its intersection with Terry Park Easterly to its intersection with Farm-to-Market Road No. 1140.

   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly park a motor vehicle in the following.

From the point of its intersection with Randle Lane to its termination at Lake Ray Hubbard, or at any point on Randle Lane within the city limits

   (D)   The Director of Public Safety is authorized and directed to post the necessary no parking signs.

   (E)   The Director of Public Safety, or his or her representative, are directed to erect appropriate signs and place appropriate markings at all points designated herein so as to inform motorists of the prohibition against parking at such locations.

   (F)   The Director of Public Safety is authorized and directed to post temporary no-parking signs in designated constructions zones when in the judgment of the police such is necessary to protect the public health, safety and general welfare.
   (G)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the law or the direction of a police officer, or traffic control officer, or traffic control device, on the following streets in the Candlelite Park Addition:

   (H)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly park a motor vehicle in the roadway on both sides of Rush Creek Drive from Yankee Creek Road to 757 Feet West of Hubbard Drive.
