§ 51.22 TAMPERING OR INTERFERING WITH WATER METERS, SERVICE MAINS, VALVES, AND THE LIKE.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to tamper with or interfere in any manner with any water meters, service mains, valves, or any other elements or assets of the city water or sanitary sewer system.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with the flow of water in any water main or water service or cause the flow of water to cease without the written consent of the Director of Public Works.
