§ 98.18 PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   (A)   Any violation of this chapter that results in light trespass or an unreasonable interference with the common and usual use of neighboring property is hereby declared to be a public nuisance, which is prohibited by this chapter.
   (B)   It is an offense under this chapter for a property owner to emit light onto the property of another unreasonably interfering with the neighboring property owner's use and enjoyment of their property.
   (C)   Light trespass onto a neighbor’s property applies to both non-residential and residential properties.
