§ 98.15 PERMIT REQUIRED.

A permit is required for installation of all outdoor lighting regulated by this chapter. An outdoor lighting permit fee shall be established by the City Council and amended from time to time, without further need to amend this chapter, as on file in the office of the City Secretary.
