§ 98.14 MISCELLANEOUS.
   These provisions shall apply to all non-residential outdoor lighting:
   (A)   Outdoor lighting shall be maintained in good repair by the owner.
   (B)   All structural elements of the outdoor lighting fixtures and poles shall remain in sound condition as determined by the Building Official.
   (C)   Outdoor lighting shall not be constructed in the 100-year floodplain, except as approved by the City Engineer.
   (D)   No outdoor lighting shall be permitted within a sight triangle.
   (E)   Should regulations in this chapter conflict with each other, the most restrictive regulation shall apply.
