§ 70.19 LOAD SHALL NOT APPLY TO STATE HIGHWAYS WITHIN CORPORATE LIMITS.
   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to state highways within the corporate limits of the City of Heath, specifically State Highways No. 740, 549, 550, 1140, nor any part thereof.
