§ 153.151 AMENDMENTS.
   The City of Heath Board of Adjustment shall also serve as the Board of Appeals to hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions and determinations made by the code official (Building Official for the City of Heath) relative to the application of this chapter in accordance with Section 111 of the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code.
