The 2018 International Property Maintenance Code which is on file in the office of the Building Official of the City of Heath is hereby adopted and designated as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Heath, to the same extent as if such code was copied verbatim, subject to the deletions, amendments and additions prescribed by this subchapter.
