§ 54.17 MONITORING.
   The city may, in its discretion, monitor the registration and certification status of a REP. Monitoring may include:
   (A)   Confirming with the Commission every six months that certification is current; and
   (B)   Referring all customer complaints to both the REP and the Commission.
