§ 54.02 PERMANENT METERS.
   (A)   No permanent meters for electricity shall be installed in or connected to any building until a final inspection has been made by the Building Inspector and such building has been approved by him or her.
   (B)   Temporary electric service may be provided only during the construction period of such building.
