§ 53.03 EXISTING FACILITIES.
   No facility which is in existence on the effective date of this chapter shall be required to comply with the provisions of this chapter, other than the provisions relating to the maintenance of a public nuisance as contained in § 53.07 below, and in the transfer of title ownership provision of § 53.02(H) above.
