§ 52.13 UNLAWFUL TO MAINTAIN DUMPING GROUNDS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to maintain or cause to be maintained any garbage disposal grounds or garbage dumping ground within the corporate limits of the City of Heath, Texas.
