(A) Brush, limbs and other additional waste material not normally occurring through the ordinary use of the premises shall be placed at the same location and cut or broken down into portions not exceeding 75 pounds in weight.
(B) No waste from building operations, such as rock, waste, scrap building materials or other trash, resulting from a cleanup of improved or unimproved property shall be removed under the provisions hereof.
(C) Any additional such service will be as negotiated by the person responsible for disposal and the franchised collector of the city.
