§ 57.36 INSURANCE, INDEMNITY, BONDING AND SECURITY DEPOSITS.
   (A)   Insurance, bonding and security deposits shall be in strict accordance with the city's rights-of-way management ordinance, and other applicable ordinances, except to the extent not consistent with Tex. Local Gov't Code, Chapter 284.
   (B)   Indemnity shall be in accordance with Tex. Local Gov't Code, § 284.302, as provided for in Tex. Local Gov't Code, § 283.057(a) and (b).
