§ 57.17 EFFECT ON OTHER UTILITIES AND TELECOMMUNICATION PROVIDERS.

Nothing in this subchapter shall govern attachment of network nodes on poles and other structures owned or operated by investor-owned electric utilities, electric cooperatives, telephone cooperatives, or telecommunication providers as those terms are defined in Tex. Local Gov't Code, Chapter 284.
