§ 110.99 PENALTIES.

Any person violating any provision of this article or failing to observe any provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this Code of Ordinances by a fine not exceeding $500. Every day the violation continues shall be deemed as a separate offense.
