Each solicitor and handbill distributor shall carry with him/her and produce upon the request of any citizen, city employee or city official, the following information and identification:
(A) The permit issued by the City of Heath pursuant to this chapter;
(B) A copy of the valid state sales tax certification, if applicable; and
(C) A valid driver’s license or other valid, official photo identification.
