SECTION 17.10. VACANCY IN BOARD OR COMMISSION.

A vacancy occurring during the term of any member of the Planning Commission, Board of Zoning and Building Appeals, Park and Recreation Board, Civil Service Commission, or Air Pollution Control Board shall be filled for the unexpired term in the manner authorized for an original appointment.
