(A) Failure to comply with this chapter shall be cause for the refusal to issue or revocation of a permit.
(B) If a recycling establishment, tow yard or mechanic center is found to violate this chapter, the Office of Building and Inspection may extend the time to bring the establishment into compliance for a reasonable time period which shall not exceed 30 calendar days from the date of the notice of violation.
