§ 116.01 GEOGRAPHICAL BOUNDARIES OF THE EDC.
   The geographical boundaries of the Entertainment Destination Center (EDC) in the City of Hazard lie within and adjacent to the following description:
   (A)   The Entertainment Destination Center is bordered on Main Street in a southerly direction toward East Main Street and more particularly described as follows:
   (B)   Beginning at parking structure on Main Street whose address is 426 Main Street; thence continuing with Main Street in a southerly direction to the intersection of Main Street and Highway 451 West, also known as William Gorman Bridge; thence running in a westerly direction with William Gorman Bridge and Highway 451 West and across railroad tracks to the intersection of Alley and Highway 451 West; thence with Alley along CSX railroad right-of-way in a southerly direction to building at 116 Kentucky Highway 451; thence with boundary of property at 116 Kentucky Highway 451 and running back along Alley and CSX right-of-way in a northwesterly direction back to Kentucky Highway 451; thence East Kentucky Highway 451 back to Main Street; thence running southeast to building at 200 Main Street, commonly known as the Hazard Police Station; thence with the boundary of Hazard Police Station and intersection of Main Street; thence running with Main Street and Triangle Park in a westerly direction back along Main Street to a point opposite of the beginning; thence across Main Street to the beginning.
   (C)   The EDC is intended to include the property from the parking garage on Main Street to the William Gorman Bridge, across William Gorman Bridge to the building formally owned by Mark Fields across the CSX railroad tracks, back across the William Gorman Bridge to Hazard Police Station including Triangle Park, back to Main Street to the point of beginning.
