Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, submits fraudulent applications, provides false statements or otherwise attempts or commits fraud, theft of services or any other applicable law, ordinance or regulations shall be guilty of a violation, shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense and may be prosecuted. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense. Violation of this chapter shall constitute a civil offense which shall be enforced according to the procedures set forth in the Code Enforcement Board Ordinance by the Code Enforcement Board, hearing officers, code enforcement officers, citation officers and other persons duly authorized to investigate and enforce the violations through investigation, inspection and issuance of citations.
