110.4	5-20-50	Beginning at a point on the east bank of the North Fork River in the corporate line near the mouth of Laurel Branch, thence following the east and south bank of the North Fork River upriver to the upper line of the right-of-way of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company, thence north with the right-of- way line across the North Fork River and up the hillside to the top of the ridge and the corporate line of the city.
110.6	4-7-58	Beginning at a point on the east bank of Big Bottom Branch in the line of the present corporate boundary, thence with the east bank up the Big Bottom Branch to the bridge above the forks of the Big Bottom Branch, thence a straight line up the point with the line of Dewey Decimal to the center of the ridge between the righthand and lefthand forks of the Big Bottom Branch, comprising the territory in the righthand fork of the Big Bottom Branch.
110.8	9-18-59	Beginning at a point on Orchard Branch where the present city boundary crosses the Branch, thence down the Branch and the Orchard Branch Road and with the north and northwest side thereof to its intersection with Highway 15.
110.9	9-20-62	Annexing the following tracts of land:    (1)   Beginning at a point in the existing city limits just north of the Power Company property at the north end of Lothair at the edge of the North Fork of the Kentucky River on the east side of the river, thence with the city limits to a point approximately midway between the mouth of Laurel Branch and the Woodland Park bridge, thence a straight line to the outcrop of the No. 4 coal seam, thence continuing with the city limits around the hill to the point at the mouth of Big Bottom Branch.    (2)   Beginning at a point in the existing city limits in the center of the North Fork of the Kentucky River at the north edge of the city, thence downstream with the center of the river to the confluence of the river and Upper Second Creek, thence approximaterly 1000 feet to the intersection of Upper Second Creek and a county road, thence up the point to a high knob on the dividing ridge between the waters of the Upper Second Creek and the Kentucky River.
110.10	1-7-63	Beginning at a point in the northern corporate limit of the city in the right-of-way line of Long Branch Road, thence north with the west right-of-way of the road to a point at the intersection of the west right-of-way of Long Branch Road and the south right-of-way of Highway l5, then crossing Highway l5 to a large concrete pillar marking the west side of the west entrance to Riverside Cemetery.
110.11	5-27-63	Beginning at a point in the existing city limits on the center of the dividing ridge between the North Fork of the Kentucky River and Upper Second Creek, this point being in the line of the lands of the Hazard Vocational School, thence southeast with the ridge to a point on the ridge at the southeast limits of the lands of the School, thence west with the south property line of the School to the intersection of the School land and the land of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company.
110.12	8-19-65	Beginning at a point on a high knob in the existing corporate limits back of Lothair opposite Woodland Park; thence southwest with the ridge to a point on the ridge approximately l,200 feet upstream from and opposite the mouth of Davidson Branch; thence a straight line down the hill to the left ascending on the north side of Highway l5, thence west with the north side of Highway l5 to a point approximately 400 feet upstream from the existing Louisville and Nashville Railroad bridge across the North Fork of the Kentucky River.
110.13	5-26-70	Beginning at a point in the existing city limits on the center of a point at the level of the No. Four coal seam near the railroad tunnel between the city and Lothair, thence up the point and with the ridge between Happy Hollow and Davidson Branch to a high knob near the head of Happy Hollow and on the dividing ridge between Davidson Branch and the left fork of Messer Branch, thence with the dividing ridge to a high knob on the ridge between Messer Branch and Browns Fork.
110.14A	5-26-70	Beginning at a point in the existing city limits at the low water mark of the North Fork of the Kentucky River on the right ascending side just above the mouth of Davidson Branch, then up Davidson Branch to a point due west from the northwest corner of the community college site, including all of the land in the community college site.
110.15	5-26-70	Beginning at a point in the existing city limits on the center of the dividing ridge between the North Fork of the Kentucky River and Upper Second Creek, and including all the land presently owned by the Hazard Vocational School in the area known as Allais.
110.17	7-27-73	Beginning at a point in the existing city limits on the center of a point at the No. Four coal seam near the railroad tunnel between Hazard and Lothair, then up this point and with the ridge between Happy Hollow and Davidson Branch to a high knob near the head of Happy Hollow and on the dividing ridge between Davidson Branch and the left fork of Messer Branch.
110.21	11-19-80	Beginning at a point in the center of a ridge in the existing city limits approximately 900 feet north of the east portal of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad tunnel, this point also being a point in the north right-of-way line of State Highway l5 North, then with the north right-of-way line to a point opposite the right-of-way of the proposed Hazard by-pass, then crossing State Highway l5 North to the west right-of-way of the Hazard by- pass, then continuing with the west right-of-way to a point at the top of the dividing ridge between Lick Branch on the west and the North Fork of the Kentucky River on the east.
110.25	10-23-84	Beginning at a point in the northwest city limits line, then with the city limit line N 73° 30' W 45'; S 16° 30' W 160'; N 73° 30' W, 25.6'; N 67° 14'11” W, l24.18'; N 72° 48'43" W, 15'; then leaving the city limit line and up a point approximately 800 feet to the center of the ridge between Big Branch and Orchard Branch, then up the ridge as it meanders approximately 3l00 feet to a high point in the main ridge between Rock Branch, Big Branch, and Orchard Branch; containing 490 acres more or less.
