§ 158.02 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT; ISSUANCE.
   (A)   The operator shall apply to the Administrative Officer for a permit, which shall be issued by the Administrative Officer upon compliance by the operator with the applicable provisions of the State Building Code and all rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
   (B)   No rooming house permit issued under this section shall be transferable.
