§ 7 CERTIFICATION OF THE APPROVAL OF STREETS AND UTILITIES.

   (A)   Certification of the approval of streets and utilities shall appear on the final plat of the subdivision.

   (B)   This certification shall be made in the following form when improvements have been made before final approval.

CERTIFICATION OF THE APPROVAL OF STREETS AND UTILITIES

I hereby certify that all streets, utilities, and other improvements have been installed in an acceptable manner and according to the city or county specifications

   (C)   This certification shall be made in the following form when security is to be posted.
