§ 4. CERTIFICATION OF RECOMMENDATION OF LAND FOR SUITABILITY OF LAND FOR DEVELOPMENT.
   The following certificate shall be attached to the prelimanary plat of the subdivision.
CERTIFICATE OF RECOMMENDATION OF LAND FOR SUITABILITY OF LAND FOR DEVELOPMENT
