§ 2. CERTIFICATE OF AVAILABILITY OF WATER SERVICE.
   The following certificate shall appear on preliminary and final plats.
CERTIFICATE OF AVAILABILITY OF WATER SERVICE
I hereby certify
that                                                      
      (name of company or agency distributing water)
shall supply the                                              
subdivision with water services and that the water distribution systems of the subdivision meet the requirements of this agency and all other requirements for the proper distribution of water.
