§ 155.75  VARIANCES IN CONFLICT WITH ZONING CODE.
   When a variance from this chapter is granted, and the variance is also a variance from the zoning code, the variance shall only be granted by the Planning Commission with the condition that the variance is granted by the Board of Adjustments.  An application for a variance shall first be considered by the Planning Commission, and then by the Board of Adjustments.  The Board of Adjustments shall have jurisdiction only where the zoning code is in effect, and shall follow the procedure set forth in the zoning code.
