§ 155.40 COMMUNITY FACILITIES.
   During the review of subdivision plats, the Planning Commission shall consider the adequacy of existing or proposed community facilities which will serve the additional population to be housed in a proposed subdivision. Subdividers shall also give consideration to dedicating or reserving land for facilities which will be needed in a subdivision such as public buildings, recreational areas, shopping facilities, schools, open space, and public access to waterways and other public facilities. Areas provided or reserved for community facilities shall be adequate for building sites, landscaping, off- street parking, and the like.
