§ 153.03 RESPONSIBILITY OF MOBILE HOME PARK OPERATOR FOR REGISTRATION.

It shall be a violation of this chapter for any mobile home park operator to allow to be placed in his mobile home park any mobile home that has not been issued a valid permit and a registration number from the city.
