§ 153.01 MOBILE HOMES TO BE REGISTERED.
   (A)   All mobile homes within the city limits shall be registered in city hall. Such registration shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following information:
      (1)   Name and address of occupant.
      (2)   Name and address of owner.
      (3)   Manufacturer, model, and size of mobile home.
      (4)   Year of manufacture.
      (5)   Type of foundation, whether temporary or permanent.
      (6)   Size of mobile home lot in square feet.
      (7)   Name of owner of property on which mobile home is parked or name of mobile home park
      (8)   Date mobile home was placed on lot.
      (9)   Type of water supply and sewage disposal.
      (10)   A permit number from the Building Inspector.
   (B)   Upon registration of the mobile home with the city on the prescribed form, the owner shall be assigned a mobile home number. This number shall be displayed by at least two-inch high numbers above the door of the mobile home for ease of identification. The number may be painted on the mobile home or may be of the stick-on type and shall be installed at the expense of the mobile home owner.
   (C)   It shall be the responsibility of the mobile home owner to register his mobile home within ten calendar days of moving into the city. Mobile homes existing within the city at the time of passage of this regulation will be given 30 calendar days from the effective date of this chapter to comply. The registration number shall remain on the mobile home as long as it remains within the city. If the mobile home is moved from one location to another within the city, the mobile home owner shall notify the city within ten calendar days and the registration form on file with the city shall be revised to reflect the new location. The registration number shall stay with a mobile home and not be changed to another mobile home.
   (D)   The initial registration fee for a mobile home shall be $2. This fee shall be good for as long as the ownership and location of the mobile home is not changed. A change in location but not ownership shall be classified as a reregistration for which the fee of $1 shall be charged. A change in ownership shall be classified as an initial registration and shall be charged the fee of $2.
